7 years agoI've had issues with my teeth since I was in elementary school and I've been dealing with dentists since a very young age. I ended up seeing Dr. Nelson since the crowns and bridge that I had previously done, did not hold and I was truly disappointed with the work that my previous dentist had done (a dentist that I went to since I was in high school). It was obvious from the very first visit how competent, capable, patient, and detailed Dr. Nelson is. She was able to fix all of my teeth issues and a year later, I have no issues! I highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone who wants a job well done; crowns/bridges/cavities that will be fixed the right way; and to have a dentist who is always pleasant and office staff who treat you professionally and with a smile :)

a month agoI went to Dr.Nelson with an issue that needed a lot of patience and strong attention to detail and I was amazed and in awe with her work ethics. She is a gem of a dentist and I am sooooo glad that I found her. I even had to come back the next day and I called them in the morning and her office was able to fit me in right away! I never wrote reviews but I was so happy with how I was treated in her office that I just had to write this review. She is a very very patient, friendly, down to earth, and effective dentist. She doesn’t push you to do anything you don’t need and really focuses on you as the patient and what you need. I love that she treats you as an individual who comes in with their individual dental issue and not just another patient. I highly highly recommend her!!!! :)

8 months agoDr. Nelson was professional, kind and warm, and Tina at the front desk was so helpful with scheduling and answering questions about insurance. The most pleasant experience at a dentist. Would highly recommend.

9 months agoI recently moved to the neighborhood, and needed to see a dentist urgently. I looked through the list of in-network providers and chose to go with Dr. Nelson due to the roster of glowing reviews. I had a comprehensive exam done by Dr. Nelson, and can confirm that every single one of her positive reviews are true. Her demeanor was calm and gentle, and took her time to go over my medical history. I know she is not a good doctor, but an incredibly skilled & educated doctor because only the good ones will be interested in your health outside of their department of expertise. She recognizes that all my health issues are so delicately interweaved with each other & that I need to address them holistically, rather than the target-and-treat process that most American doctors will do. Not only was I impressed with her holistic approach to dentistry, she worked like an archeologist- she had such keen attention to detail and worked diligently to check up on each and every tooth. She is definitely a perfectionist- through and through. In addition, Tina, the administrator(?secretary?), is a gem! She was very patient with me when my insurance coverage couldn't be verified, and even remembered to call me back! She made sure I could be seen in a timely manner and fit me in so much faster than I had expected. Now that I've been to her office, I'll be sending my husband there for his yearly exam. I know he will be in good hands & and will be treated with gentleness, honesty, and care.

a month agoSo, been calling around for a dentist appointment and was looking for a new regular dentist in the area. Was really excited about this office as it has good reviews. However, the person I spoke to on the phone was so stunningly rude I wouldn’t think of going to this place. She was asking details about my address and when I asked what it will be used for, as I avoid junk mail, this was her literal response: “Omg, have you never had anyone ask you your address..” Incredible lack of basic manners. First, I’ve scheduled two other appointments with other providers was just looking for something sooner, and yes this was the only person that asked the full address. Second, if you are asking me for MY address, I am entitled to any and all questions about it, and you can either skip it or explain it. Your personal opinion doesn’t matter, it’s not a lunch invitation but a business transaction. Third, this person is not fit to work with people and has single-handedly cost her employee a regular customer. As front desk people are usually the first impression of an office, this is a very bad look on Dr. Heidi and I doubt I was the first person turned away for being overtly mocked and insulted. Good luck.
