2 years agoMoved to Ohio about 4 to 5 months ago. Needed a dentist and they have the best rating near me. Worked with my schedule and got me in quick! I did tell them I was pregnant and the gal cleaning my teeth checked on me a lot to make sure I was feeling nauseous and the pain wasn't too bad since it's been a bit since my last cleaning! She really leveled with me on life and made me feel extremely comfortable. Doctor is quick and reassuring as well. Definitely don't plan on going to another dentist unless i move states again! Highly recommend this office!! All staff is pleasant and helpful!

2 years agoDr. Heck saw me for the first time when I was pregnant and in my 3rd trimester. I needed a root canal. His office was beyond accommodating and kind. As someone who has a huge fear of the dentist, they have made each trip as comfortable as possible. I’m now going on year 3 at this office with no plans of leaving.

3 years agoWe got seen very quickly (about 5 min after our appointment time). Their hygienist Johann has been AMAZING with my kids who went there for their first time. They loved their dentist visit. She was very patient and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and made it fun. Very professional staff. We are going back for sure. Would recommend it for anyone.

a year agoI saw Dr. Heck on several occasions. I had a molar which had a small filling in the back of the tooth.- he had filled it several times without success. ( possibly because it was difficult to reach). The following appointment he performed a root canal without a consultation or my knowledge until it was too late. That night I had a very bad tooth ache. I returned the following day only to find out he had to pull the tooth. I had gone in for a simple filling in my molar to having a large space between my teeth - in a matter of 2 days! Being a retired Dental Hygienist I questioned why I hadn't seen X-rays supporting his course of action. Why had the root canal failed?? What lead to the root canal in the first place?? I was upset- of course. He then suggested I get a "one tooth bridge" in that spot. When he placed that "permanent" molar in my mouth he used some type of "glue" to cement it in place. I was then charged about $400.00 for this procedure. I was in shock. I wanted to see my records but was refused and sent out of his office! The next day the "one tooth bridge" came out. They never returned my calls. I called my insurance company to see if they could shed any light on this problem. I was told by my insurance company that Dr. Heck claimed he had put a permanent THREE TOOTH bridge in that space after receiving several thousand dollars from my insurance company, This is plainly a case of INSURANCE FRAUD. . To this day they have not returned my calls. Why- I wonder??
