Healthy Smiles of Delaware

I had a wonderful experience in the patient’s chair at Healthy Smiles of Delaware. Sunshine was my dental hygienist. She was careful and efficient in cleaning my teeth. Dr. Sweeney came in to inspect my teeth and make sure my teeth and gums were healthy. He has a very kind and warm chairside manor. I am a new patient and could not be happier in choosing Healthy Smiles.

I was lucky to discover this place. As a new patient without dental coverage, I only paid $89 for the BEST cleaning I've ever had, X-rays and exam (don't know how long that special promotion will last). Summer is an expert hygienist who worked hard to remove my tough stains and Dr. Sweeney was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this amazing new health service provider located in one of the nicest spots in Wilmington, DE.

It is an honor to write this review of Dr. Patrick Sweeney and his amazing staff at Healthy Smiles of Delaware! I have been seeing Dr. Sweeney for almost two decades, so I write this review from years of experience. First, when you are being cared for by Dr. Sweeney, his care is pastoral, precise and personal. He is professional, honest and kind. And Dr. Sweeney’s wonderful staff, from the moment you walk in the door to the time you see one of his hygienists to the time he comes in to treat you, you are received with warmth. Over the years, I have had many visits to Healthy Smiles…but I will highlight one part of my treatment there. A few years back, I needed aligners. To “cut to the chase,” I knew this would take a considerable amount of time. There honestly are no words to describe how Dr. Sweeney shepherded me through this process. He was with me every step of the way! My family and friends comment still about how great my teeth look. But even more important, my teeth are now properly aligned to spare me from problems down the line as I grow older…and that was Dr. Sweeney’s main concern. My “healthy smile” is a happy byproduct of the proper care I received to begin with. I could not recommend him or his Staff any higher! I was someone who hated going to the dentist!! I’ve been a patient at Healthy Smiles since they started, and I’ve always received the best care and treatment with no issues at all. I’m not as anxious when getting my teeth cleaned anymore…Alyssa is my hygienist and she does a great job!!! Dr. Sweeney and the entire staff give their all to make it a pleasant experience.

I write this because he was my dentist 15 years ago. Everything was a root canal with him, I have never had somany root canals in my life! He did them himself and one bearly lasted a month and I had to go to an orthodontist to get it fixed $$$$. Now hear we are 15 years later and another one of his "root canals" that has been redonehas fallen out. Everytooth he has touched has had to be redone then fallen out. This man has caused me so much pain and money trying to save the teeth he has worked on , it would make you sick. Have always doubters his license was ever real. Run from this place!
