Grinz Orthodontics – Greensboro

I have twins desperately in need of orthodontics and truly did not consider anyone other than Dr. Jordan and staff for the help. I felt upon entering the office that it was where we needed to be. Adrienne has showered us with kindness, is thoroughly knowledgeable, and sincerely helpful. Linda has been friendly and courteous as well. We look forward to treatment rather than dread it. I have only heard and developed my own positive reaction to Dr Jordan. I appreciate his bubbly, kind, calming demeanor and I trust him. Thank you Grinz!

Edit: I am following up my review from 10 months ago with an updated review. I am so close to getting these braces off and I just want to give a special shout out to both Diane and Adrienne for making this the best possible experience. Every time I walk in the door I am made to feel like family. Although I will not miss my braces when they come off in October, I am definitely going to miss the wonderful staff at Grinz. Thank you Diane, Adrienne, Linda and Dr. Jordan for always going above and beyond for your patients! Original Review 10 months prior: I have now had three experiences with the staff at Grinz in Archdale. Once with my now 24 year old daughter, currently with my 13 year old daughter and now with myself. I thought it was crazy to be told at my age that I really needed braces, but I never gave it a second thought about where I would go. The staff is wonderful!. Love Dr. Jordan and Adrienne. A special shoutout to Linda too for all she does behind the scenes. We have seen our share of emergencies over the years and Linda always works her hardest to get us right in that same day. She always has a smile for us and is empathic and professional. I cant wait until the day when our whole family is braces free, but until that day, we just cannot imagine a better group to work with!

Grinz Orthodontics - Archdale is Amazing. Mrs Linda at the front desk is very welcoming and a kind smile as you enter, which starts your visit off right. The staff are wonderful with both our girls. We have been coming here since 2015 and I’m hoping Dr Jordan will stay till both our girls are out of braces. He is GREAT with both girls. Thank you for such Wonderful, Friendly Encouraging Service. They are truly amazing! We did a consultation and EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING was explained. Time wasn’t an issue. No being rushed, all the staff are super friendly and compassionate. Knowing nothing about braces we left feeling comfortable knowing the treatment, what to expect, how to live and care for braces with a 10 year old and breakdown of the costs. We had a referral for another office and there wasn’t nearly the details in that appointment. We did get braces on with them. It was effortlessly easy and fast getting them on. I’ll recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care. We could of went to an office 15 minutes from us but the 45 minute drive is 1000% worth it for the care, compassion and knowledge of the services. Thank you Adrienne for assisting us on this new journey of braces!

I highly recommend Grinz in Archdale! Adrienne was amazing during our first visit. She and Dr Jordan went over every little detail of our braces journey. Adrienne definitely helped me feel more at ease about my son and his braces journey.
