Golden Oak Dental Care

This office is 5 star from the minute you walk in the door. It is clean, spacious for social distancing at first peek. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. They are prompt. No waiting. I came for a cleaning only. The hygienist listened carefully, read everything written, was very professional, friendly, and careful not to hurt you while checking your gums. Dr. Krug was a delight to speak with. He listened to what you said, questioned any problems you might have to get more details, and has a wit. A patient leaves feeling good.

So I had to stop back in at Golden Oak Dental because of sensitivity of a tooth. It hurt when I ate. Once again my experience was very easy going. That's because the people that make up Golden Oak dental are first class all the way. Dr. Lathe and Dr. Klug are both wonderful dentists. But what makes the experience even better is all the people that work there are good caring people. They care about your comfort and that all goes well while you are there. Dr. Lathe and Dr. Klug are very personable people and communicate what they are doing so it is easy to understand. They will also walk you through the x-rays they take so you can understand exactly what is being done. I used to hate going to the dentist as I know most do. But I honestly no longer feel that way because I know I am in good hands there from the top to the bottom. If you or your children need dental work done I can assure you that you will be doing yourself a huge favor by going to Golden Oak Dental....These are all good people!

I have been going to Golden Oak and seeing Doctor Klug for 15+ years and have only had good experiences. The office is always very clean and the staff always very friendly. I now live out of state and appreciate their willingness to fit me in during my visits back to Mequon. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy and experienced dentists/hygienists to all!

I have seen Dr. Klug for over 20 years and now bring my entire family here. From the moment you arrive in the office until you leave the chair, the entire staff treats everyone with great respect and kindness. My whole family goes here for our teeth, because of the welcoming, friendly staff. We have been seeing Dr. Lathe who is amazing. She is professional, friendly and calming. You can tell she cares about her patients. Both Robin and Kelly the dental hygienists, are wonderful. Dr. Klug is also very good, and friendly. Last, but not least, Denise at reception is very efficient and always greets you with a smile. This is truly the best dentist's office that we have ever visited. The icing on the cake is the lovely, clean pleasant office space. Highly recommend.
