6 months agoThis office is amazing, the staff is so warm and welcoming. I absolutely love this dentist, she truly cared about my 10 year olds well-being. She has compassion, she explained every step to her during her procedure. I’m so blessed to have found this dentist, she’s amazing with children.

6 months agoThe care and professionalism is definitely beyond 5 stars. Thank you for understanding my concerns and anxiety. Will definitely go back for my dental care.

a year agoDr. Hill is amazing and professional he explained everything to me about the procedure that he was about to perform on my son. Janaida and Kenny also made the experience smooth and great customer service skills. It's hard enough to get kids to go to the dentist without being scared. I am truly grateful to the entire staff for making my son smile again. The best birthday present ever.

2 months agoUpdate: TLDR; long wait time, not much detailed explanations for price breakdown/what is being done, teeth handling and cleaning was great, expensive for a van nuys facility and they were very nice. My dental friend educated me on “Arestin” and how dental facilities will take advantage of patients who do not even need it just to add a few to the bill and this is exactly what happened here. If I was educated on this or if they bothered to explain I would have simply declined the medication but I was told it was a necessary part of my cleaning. That’s what I get for taking the advice of the “professionals”. Came here looking for a new dentist as my old dentist (whom I’ve seen for 5 years) had amazing prices, and did a great job but we noticed that he was slightly prejudice of my orientation so we had to venture elsewhere. I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment with my documentation filled out and had to wait 45 minutes in order to be seen which I had never experienced at my old dental office. I also feel like they glossed over the price breakdown and didn’t really explain to me what work needed to be done/why each procedure was necessary. I really got the vibe that they were just trying to get me in and out of the chair as soon as possible (even after making me wait so long from my appointment time to be seen) Beyond the wait and lack of explaining it was quite expensive to do a simple deep cleaning. A deep cleaning at my old office (in Beverly Hills!!) was about $80 after insurance but here I was charged $226!!! (In van nuys) For a deep cleaning 🫣 I was so shocked I honestly wanted to walk out and go straight back to my old dentist but as it was quite a while since my last cleaning I proceeded ahead. I WILL NOTE that my teeth feel great! They look clean and do not have residual pain which is something I noticed at my old dental office so I cannot complain about the work thus far. However I also needed fillings done but they pushed me back another day because the dentist needed to go to lunch. I understand that they need breaks too but I’ve never been told by a dental office that they would not have enough time to do a cleaning and fillings im the same day. Maybe if they streamlined their process better and didn’t keep me waiting for 45 minutes they would have been able to take care of all of it im one go. But now I have to request time off from work again…. Overall it was a very average experience and I am debating whether or not to proceed with care here as I do not believe the price justifies the experience. I have a follow up for the fillings but may honestly go back to my old dentist to avoid the cost.

3 months agoThe dentist was very gentle I went to this office because my mother suggested it. I wasn't feeling confident with my current dentist. Figured second opinion? I got a bit more info and told different info from my regular dentist which was very upsetting I would give global dentist 3 to 4 stars however the way they go ahead and proceed and not discuss prices at all. I was looked at strange for asking what the total damage was going to be. and was being told well its around this this much for TODAY... but I kept asking dispite being in horrible pain how much will my exact total be and they kept giving me estimated prices like it could be around 5k then I was like may I have the exact cost on paper? it came out to be around $6400... for one tooth! I understand dental procedures are expensive but I was in van nuys! and my husband paid over 1k, LESS than I was being charged and the office he went to was amazing near our home in West Hills. Warm staff, honest and transparent about prices and how they could help. I would have gone there if I knew I was going to have same procedure done. How ever I listened to mom 🤦♀️ I do want to say the dentist was kind, just maybe front office needs help. **Ask to get pricing on paper other wise u will pay more than u were told.
