6 months agoMy experience has been terrible! I only have this dentist office 1 star because I could not give a zero! The receptionist is one of the most rude people I have ever met! She must hate her job, she is so mean and unpleasant. As for the dentists…I am completely frustrated. My daughter had a tooth filled in December 2021, 3 weeks later, she has an abscess on the gum above the tooth and she had filled 3 weeks ago. We went to get the tooth looked at yesterday and they told me the tooth wasn’t filled in it’s entirety, that is frustrating it’s self! They drilled her tooth, put some cotton and medicine in the tooth, sealed it and told us to come back February 25th!!! I took her to a new dentist today, she had to have the tooth removed because it was dead. Why in the world would you send me away to come back a month later and fill a dead tooth! I do not feel like they are providing the best service e possible. Also, she has 5 other cavities that were not detected at her last appointment which was less than 6 months ago! I am MAD!!!
