a month agoThis was my first time at Gentle Smiles in Wheat Ridge I had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Paul and his assistant Terri work on me today. Now I’ve been going to the dentist ever since my adult teeth came in, and this was by far the most amazing experience I’ve EVER HAD. I had to get 2 big fillings redone and Dr. Paul was SO GREAT I didn’t even feel a thing (seriously). If you’re ever nervous about going to the dentist I HIGHLY recommend booking with Dr.Paul, it was completely painless and kind of relaxing, also if you get Terri it’s a plus, she was so sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommended.

7 years agoDr. Wachuta was recommended by a friend. His Wheat Ridge office was convenient and his treatment prices were competitive. My first appointment was the most thorough exam and cleaning I’ve ever experienced. I received a written and verbal recommendation for treatment complete with estimated cost. What I appreciate about this dental practice is the personal and courteous way I was treated by Dr. Wachuta and his exceptional staff - Bre, Aldo, Jane and Liz. They always explain what to expect during the procedure and do a follow up phone call to see if there were any problems. I’m pleased.

10 years agoOver the years I have seen several dentists due to various moves, etc. It was with some apprehension my husband and I had to find a new dentist that would take our insurance. However......first impressions were very good as we walked into a happy, colorful, homey atmosphere where we were greeted by friendly staff. The initial x-rays and cleanings were good experiences and when we returned for a few minor fillings, we left that day feeling like we had made the right choice! The staff all seem to care about one another as well as their patients. Thank you to Dr. Wachuta and his staff!

3 months agoI went to this location with my daughter's a few weeks ago. I was nervous because sometimes it can be very difficult to find good dental care with our insurance being Medicaid. They took such good care of us. The receptionist helped me work out some insurance concerns while at the office and I was shocked. Usually we would be sent home and told to come back and reschedule once its resolved. After our initial consultation we were scheduled a week later for the work we needed. Again, I was shocked. Usually its at least a month out. When we came in for the work we needed done the dentist ( Dr. Paul Heilman ) and the assistant ( Terri ) were so amazing. They were a great team! They explained everything as it was happening which eased anxiety, and they worked quickly. It was a refreshing experience. They explained the after care and gave us helpful tips without judgment. They were so nice and made our visit fun. What I loved most about this location is that everyone working was happy. Often times it can be pretty obvious if the employees are stressed and it makes for a stressful visit. We are looking forward to having our entire family at this location moving forward.

2 years agoHighly Highly disappointed and frustrated on the way we were treated today and the office canceled our appointments because no confirmation was received. We have provided over the years many times our cell phone numbers and they have our email address because we used to get confirmation requests through email- WHAT happened to that process- Ask the receptionist and no response. We weren't home for a couple days when messages were left. We have been patients for 15+ years and never once missed an appointment and it was rare we had to reschedule. We will be finding a new dentist and this is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
