ABOUT
There’s no better feeling than providing the best possible dental care to everyone in the very community in which we have grown up, live and work. Some may call them patients, we call them neighbors, moms, dads, uncles and aunts, grandparents and caregivers; but mostly it’s our honor to call them friends.
Whether at our front desk or in the chair, you’ll feel at home. Cheerful hellos, and warm good-byes are bookends to a wonderful dental visit. And, you can always be sure that everyone in our office has your best dental health and interests at heart. Because, we’re at the heart of our community, and the heart of our community is within us.
Everyone who trusts us with their dental care says that Generations Family Dental is a special place…we couldn’t agree more. We promise to continue to hold ourselves to the highest values and dedication that inspires people to refer their family and friends to us; and for that, we’re grateful.

a year agoI visited Generations Family Dental today as a brand-new patient after hearing rave reviews of this office from my best friend & her family for years, and I am SO glad I finally made the switch! The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, my hygienist did a fabulous and gentle job with my cleaning, and Dr. Babcock is awesome and thorough. My hygienist even gave me a special little gift because my birthday is tomorrow! I’ve already scheduled my older child for a new patient visit and am sending my husband there, too. Looking for a new dentist? Look no further: pick up the phone and call Generations now!

4 months agoLove my new smile. I have had bad experiences with dentists before, but I love Dr Taylor. He explains everything and I have never been in pain during a procedure. Everyone is very friendly.

a year agoThis has to be the best dental office that ever existed I’m not even kidding lol. My husband and I are moving and I’m actually sad to not be going here anymore. Everyone from the front desk to dental hygienists to doctors are all incredibly kind people. Especially the medical assistant/receptionist, Brittany, she’s such a sweetheart when checking in or scheduling. Highly highly recommend

a year agoI chose Generations Dental, Random Lake with Dr. T and his team. It was the BEST decision I could have made!! My work was extensive, over a long time. These people made the experience very GOOD!!! All of you people are wonderful. They explain everything from what they did, to what they can do. They lay out your options, n help you decide the best solution for you. Their care and consideration is outstanding. Their hours can accommodate everyone's schedule, pricing is quite reasonable with different payment methods available. Most of all they make you feel comfortable and well cared for. An added benefit for me was they were close by also, tho I would drive much further for their services if needed. Dr. T-you and all your team truly ROCK! Thank you Generations for my smile😁🤩😁

4 weeks agoWas a 25+ year patient until Generations Family Dental (formerly McGinn & LaCourt) completely lied to me about the cost of wisdom teeth removal/extractions/procedures for my children. I was asked 6 months prior to the procedures to give them my insurance information/insurance cards and that my costs/copay would be $400 per child for the wisdom teeth extractions/procedures. Further I was told that I would be contacted and notified for any additional costs. The procedures were completed 6 months later to then be utterly surprised and shocked that Generations was out of network for my insurance & the procedures would not be covered. I can’t understand why Generations did NOT call me/contact me in the 6 months after receiving my insurance information (prior to the procedures) to tell me that I’d have to pay out of pocket & the costs would be >$2000 per child vs the $400 per child I was originally told? What was the point of giving Generations my insurance information 6 months prior to confirm benefits? Had Generations Family Dental faithfully explained to me that they were not an in-network provider then I would’ve canceled the appointments & found an in-network provider. Outside of this incident where Generations lost a 25+ year patient & family their prices are the highest in the area for average service… you are paying for their “appreciation movie” and the cookies & apples and all the other things they supposedly “give” you. I’ll take a no frills, fair and accurate provider any day over their fluff, lies & misinformation.
