Dr Barajas and her staff are incredibly well-trained and compassionate. Not only do they do incredible work, but they were more than happy to stay late and help me with a last minute dental emergency. You won’t regret choosing this office for your care.

I went to Estero Dental Care and saw Dr. Bachmann. I told her I had a discolored tooth and that a year ago another dentist said it needed a crown. I was stressed because I had an important upcoming function and wanted the crown done quickly. To my surprise she said I did not need a crown to fix it. She said my tooth was not dead and was just discolored from tartar and staining. She said the tooth was set back from my other teeth and I was not cleaning it well and I had not been to a hygienist in a while. She was very calming and took a lot of time explaining the situation and instructed me on how to clean the area. She scheduled me with her hygienist who did an extensive cleaning of that tooth and my whole mouth and now my tooth looks fine. Dr. Bachmann and her entire staff were very nice and none of them pressured me to do more work, unlike other places. I highly recommend Dr. Bachmann and her staff and give them a 5+ rating!

My family and I moved to SW Florida early this year. We wanted to find a top dentist along with a great supporting staff that was on par with what we had up north. Someone recommended us to Dr Barajas and her practice at Estero Dental Care. We were looking for a dentist who strives for quality and is both honest and caring. After being seen by Dr Barajas, I can honestly say that describes her perfectly. I also had my first preventative appointment (x rays, mouth exam and cleaning). I was quite impressed with both Mikala and Alisa. I was a bit apprehensive but they both were very careful, gentle and did quality work. In addition, the front desk combination of Linda & Cindy were professional, super friendly and answered all my questions relating to the practice, appointment and insurance. I’m happy to say our families dental needs are well in hand.

Refuses new patients based on their personal preferences. Rude and not recommended. They said” they don’t lose patients?? They just lost a family of 4. Now I know why they are always hiring for help. They are difficult and if the front desk is not nice, what does that tell you about the comfort zone at the office. Being a licensed RDH I do not recommend this office!

BEWARE NEW DENTIST My husband recommended this dental office for a lost filling and my first encounter took an hour to have X-rays completed. I should have known then the type of experience I would have. I didn’t realize this practice had been sold and the prior dentist is no longer there. But Dr. Bachmann was absolutely terrible. I went in for a lost filling and was in the chair 90 minutes. She kept asking her assistant “didn’t we just do this” and redrilling. She cut the roof of my mouth and gave me numbing gel to rub on it at home since it would blister. Finally, when I got out of the chair to leave she told me that she left a gap between my teeth because I needed a crown anyway. I didn’t okay this or ask for her to drill into my other tooth. I was extremely beside myself when I left still numb. The next day I was having terrible pain but thought it’s probably from the trauma. I waited 2 weeks hoping this would subside and it only got worse. I refused to go back to Dr. Bachmann after this experience. When I went for a now emergency appointment I found out she never even filled my lost filling! I spent 90 minutes in the chair for her to drill and cause MORE DAMAGE! I am furious that she found this acceptable to send me on my way thinking I’d come back because I now need a crown for the damage she caused. During my emergency appointment I was told my tooth was fine and I don’t need a crown at all. I am leaving a review for others to beware. It’s no longer owned by the wonderful dentist you saw. And this one is apparently out to get your money!
