3 years agoI am really happy to have found this practice! The customer service is outstanding, and the work on my teeth has been amazing. I have very sensitive teeth and I had the most pleasant experience getting a filling I've EVER had! No pain at all, which has never been the case for me in the past. I will be recommending this dentist to my friends and family, for sure!

4 years agoGreat new office in Framingham. Dr. Stipho is so knowledgeable and made getting an implant a breeze. I needed an implant on a front tooth done and was my first time here (and first implant) - she made me feel like I had been patient for years and the whole process was painless. Highly recommend!

2 years agoHorrific. 18 x-rays and 30 minutes later, I was met with "we can't give you a cleaning without doing gum measurements". I declined the deep-scaling scam as I have at other places before. This dentist REFUSED to provide cleaning care without gum measurements. Who has time to sit at a dentist for 1.5-2 hours when the expectation is a cleaning? Not to mention unprepared: 1. Tech was about to give me X-Rays without a release signed. 2. I declined gum measurements and was told by Dr. Thomas "I had to have them". I declined. 3. Then another doctor, woman I don't recall, parroted that sentiment. The whole interaction didn't bring any feeling of care or warmth. I was just someone on their schedule. I get it, they need to check some boxes so that insurance pays them. Check away and say I did it, I don't care. But this insistence on measurements and furthermore, refusal to provide care after declining the measurements is unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this practice.
