5 years agoFantastic dentist and staff! For the last 10 years, my family has always received wonderful dental care from Dr. Robinson and his staff. Dr.Robinson is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The office is clean and beautifully decorated, all the staff are friendly and the dental hygienists do excellent work.Highly recommend Embry Hills Dental Care.

2 years agoFor approximately 15 years as an Embry Hills dental patient, there is and has been no less than a 5*****s rating for professionalism, expertise, and an always present friendly/family like atmosphere. Dr. Robinson and EACH and EVERY staff member give their all whether in person or calling with questions or scheduling needs. I am most grateful for this dental practice and hope to find them available for my dental needs in the years to come. Highly recommended!

5 years agoWhat a joy it is to have found Embry Hills. It is a first class experience from the moment you walk in the door. Michelle is warm and inviting. She goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The hygienists Robin and Leslie are so easy to work with and very personable. They take time to provide you great care and their work is superb. Dr. Robinson is such a great dentist. He is personable, very knowledgeable and never makes you feel like he's in a hurry. He takes time to get to know you so he can serve you. Finding Embry Hills was definitely a blessing! I am usually a tough critic so this review says it all. If you are looking for a dentist, look no more.

6 months agoI started to write a detailed review, but the gist of my time at this practice is that Michelle, the office manager, treated me like it was the early 2000s and I was her teenage daughter who broke curfew. She actually reprimanded me once for failure to respond to their automated text system while I was dealing with a rough pregnancy (she was aware of); and to be clear, the automated texts do not have a call to action in them. This week, she yelled at me during a phone call over a surprise "broken appointment" (rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of the appointment) fee I called to dispute, to the point where I, embarrassingly enough to admit, had to hang up the phone on her. My 6mo was crying and I just couldn't handle the verbal abuse, and her voice was so raised and aggressive, I couldn't even get a word in to tell her I needed to drop. On the bright side, the texting reprimand gave me great content to laugh about with friends and family! I did speak to Dr. Robinson about my interactions with Michelle, who did not seem surprised in the slightest (clearly not the first time he's heard this), and made me realize my time with Embry Hills had sadly come to an end. He was good enough to waive the $75 fee since no one informed me about it when I called, four minutes after they opened, to reschedule my appointment, which I appreciated and do think is fair. Just know that if you call to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, they will not verbally notify you of a penalty, but instead mail you a letter with a warning and/or a fee. Apparently I'm one of many leaving Embry Hills Dental Care for Henderson Mill Dental Care, located in the same center, which is very unfortunate for the hygienists who are skilled and professional. I can already tell HMDC front office is great--super nice and crystal clear on all things appointment/policy related, and they seem much more organized and concise in their patient communications. There are also a dozen other dental practices within a mile or so that you can take your business to if you appreciate clear communication and professionalism from those representing your healthcare services.
