Dr Randy Nguyen Dental

I have seen many patients of Dr. Randy. I was told that he truly cares of his patients. He is experienced and down to earth and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

this morning, Dr. Nguyen washed my teeth and made me much more better.He is small but full of energy. He moved quickly so he completed the task quickly. I am very satisfied.This is my first dental cleaning since I came to North bay 8 years ago. The most of them just made to X-ray with my teeth and did nothing. I think other dental clinics are wasting taxpayers' money without any effect.But Dr. Nguyen is not. He is very smart and Responsible!!Thanks for them!! Dr Randy is a really person of noble medical ethics. In the situation where I was bullied and played by many bad doctors recently , he is the only one who would help me not only clean my teeth also fill the cavities , just with the normal Insurance without over spending , how grateful I am to him! If I could buy a pennant to praise him, I would definitely buy it.

Dr Randy is the best! Attentive and hilarious. He was able to do a filling on my tooth that really most likely was going to need a crown. I have partnership and crowns are not covered! Not only did he save me money he did a wonderful job on the filling. It has held up so well with no issues! Thanks so much Dr Randy!

Be careful going here. He filled a cavity for me, refused to use anything but mercury and insisted it would not fall out. Well lo and behold it did, within a year… my fear of swallowing it came to pass. Ontop of that he hadnt fully removed the cavity so it spread beneath the cap. The tooth split and is ruined now. It’s no longer save-able and im forced to get painful / expensive dental surgery. If he had taken his time and done it correctly to start that would of been great as this was completely avoidable. When i asked for porcelain he said he doesnt do that, nor does he perform root canals anymore. Then i was I was a pushover, now i think that this doctor is lazy and careless. I wish dentists could he held accountable when they perform poor, inconsiderate work. Dr. nyugen, you have a responsibility to your patients if you dont wish to care for people anymore then retire! I trusted you with my health and regret it completely.

This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. I waited about 3 weeks to come in, I got there after confirming my X-Rays were received from my previous dentist (they even said they were clear and useful for Dr. Nguyen). I got there, the dentist literally told me the X-Rays received were useless, and they “looked like crap”. He was unprofessional, seemed to be in a hurry, and talked down to me about my understanding of my own dental health. He said he would look in my mouth anyway to see what he was “getting into” and proceeded to pick one of my fillings so hard it popped out. Granted it was an old filling that needed replacement, but he didn’t tell me until after I had a hole in my tooth that they do not do white fillings, only metal. He then proceeded to apologize for all the cavities in my mouth. Again, unprofessional. I am writing this sitting in their parking lot with a hole in my tooth. I’m literally blown away this man is practicing.
