Love this office! I and my family personally sees Dr. Kisten Parker but all of the doctors are wonderful! Their bedside manner is very calming to the nervous and to children. They never surprise you with hidden charges (you are always shown a price quote before any type of procedure that is out of the norm of a regular cleaning), the hygienists and office staff are extramely nice. I also have had one daughter complete orthodontic work with Dr. Parker (beautiful results) and my other daughter is currently in orthodontic braces which is well on her way to a beautiful smile. I highly recommend their office for all your dental needs.

We love Dr. Parker!! She is the best dentist downriver!!! We have been to a few other dentists in the area but she is the only dentist who takes her time with our kids and makes every visit enjoyable and memorable for eveyone. Plus, the office staff is super nice. On top of being friendly and efficient, the office plans a ton of activities and programs for kids throughout the year. If you don't go here you are truly missing out!!

I am not sure where to start. From the lovely girls at the front desk. who greets us and schedules our appointments. I can’t even tell you how pleasant they are. My hygienists are amazing. So kind, gentle and caring. I have met most of the staff. I have all the names.. too many to list. This is quite an institution. They really are an amazing team. I am so grateful for stumbling into this fine quality dental clinic. New member.. my husband and I found a new home.. following our former Dentist of 28 years. Thank you Dr. Jackson and your wonderful staff.

Best Dental office I've ever been to! Everything went smoothly.. scheduling my appt, procedure with Dr Jackson and check out. I felt like the only patient there, everyone was ready to help and they ran right on time. After my numbing medication wore off I felt no pain, as if I didn't even have any work done that day.

Up until a few years ago, I had seen Dr. Jackson since I was a kid and he used to be a kind, gentle and understanding dentist. Now, he is a money hungry, stuck up cold man. Not only does he judge you and make you feel bad if you go 9 months without a cleaning but he ignored a very serious condition. I have had purple gums for two years now and when I brought up my concern to him, he said it was fine and perfectly normal. Flash forward to seeing a new dentist this week and I find out that it is gum disease. Mind you, multiple hygienists and other doctors who examined my teeth/gums also missed it. I could've had this treated two years ago and now I may need surgery to fix a problem Jackson shouldn't have ignored. Save yourself time, money and judgement and go elsewhere.
