a year agoHave been a patient of Dr. Pizzo for many years and could not be happier. He enabled me to smile after being conscious of discoloration due to tetracycline. You would be hard pressed to find a more professional, caring ,competent human being. Thank you Dr. Pizzo

a year agoI highly recommend Dr. Pizzo and Ridgefield Cosmetic and General Dentistry! Dr. Pizzo is an amazing dentist. He is patient, kind and gentle. My family of 5 have been happy patients for the last 15 years! The entire staff is top-notch and the facilities are state-of-the-art. You will not find a practice that is more professional, honest and competent!!

a year agoDr. Pizzo is a fantastic dentist! He always cares not just about me as a patient but me as a person. I always feel like he takes as much time and effort necessary to take care of my dental needs, even when unexpected things arise during the treatment process. Not only is Dr. Pizzo the best dentist I have ever been to, his staff is remarkable as well. I never have to wait for my appointment even though they are busy they stay on time. The whole process is efficient start to finish. The hygienist I always have is Maira, she is amazing! She is so nice, listens to my feedback, and I always leave with the cleanest teeth I ever have had. Highly recommend Dr. Pizzo and his team!

a year agoVery disappointed in the billing here. They tell you you're in-network when you're not, then hit you with a few hundred dollars literally NINE MONTHS after you see them. FYI they only take Delta insurance, I now know 9 months later. I also ALWAYS ask if xrays are covered before consenting, and they said yeah, covered. Turns out, not true! Even shadier, I told them our insurance was changing so we couldn't see them anymore (still thinking we were in-network), and the woman who answered the phone said, "Oh it's ok, we'll charge you the in-network rate". I wasn't comfortable going with an out of network provider and switched dentists. Months later, I get this bill and realize we were OON the whole time. Never had this OON v INN issue with any doctor ever but I guess there's a first time for everyone.
