5 months agoYOU DESERVE BETTER. Go anywhere other than here-seriously. Extremely Unprofessional No one should have to deal with this, especially when they are in pain. Cannot begin to explain what this lady put me through. I'm in so much pain and urgently need my records so I can see an endodontist. It took WEEKS for her to get me my medical records. Not once was I able to speak with her on the phone. I left messages, I texted. Days later she would send a rude text that in no way solved the problem. So again I call for days and leave messages with no response. I then have to go to her office in person and demand what is rightfully mine by law. The amount of stress this put me through and the amount of time wasted, not to mention the amount of pain I'm in this whole time. I WOULD GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

2 months agoDO NOT SEE THIS DENTIST. I wasn't even seen for any dental work before I was asked to leave, because after filling out my paperwork I took a picture of my form for my own record. I did this because not all the paperwork was completed, I had not finished any of the insurance info since she had my card. I told her this, and was told I had to sign before I would be seen. I took my picture after signing, then Hariri insisted I needed to leave and find another dentist, and refused to answer me when I asked if I wasn't allowed a copy of my own paperwork. She did eventually agree that I could have asked for a copy and it would have been provided, but when I asked how that was any different from my photo, or even if I could simply delete the photo and she could make me a copy, she continued to refuse to say anything other then that I needed to leave. Very suspect, I don't recommend someone who has issues with you taking a copy of your own papers before handing them in, or someone who asks you to sign said paperwork before it has been completed.

a month agoYeah...no. There is no way this is a legit operation. Hands down the most bizarre medical experience I have ever had. She made me remove my glasses but then did not provide goggles or other glasses. Instead told me to "just close my eyes" which I did because I was concerned she'd drop a cleaning tool in my eye. I was reclined so far back in the chair that my head was hanging off and my feet were elevated higher than my head. She claims she's been doing this for 30+ years but if that is true, she should be a hell of a lot better at her job. She puts quite a bit of her arm weight on you, so much so that my neck was sore afterwards. She was constantly barking at me to open my mouth wider, literally my jaw was almost out of its socket. Thought I'd save some time by selecting a dentist near my home but definitely regretting that decision. Not worth it. Do I have any cavities? She said no, but I don't trust a word out of her mouth. At the end, I got a few drops of water to rinse my mouth and then left. No complimentary toothbrush and floss goody bag. No receipt or printout for my records. Does she even keep records? Was this all a bad dream? Still baffled. Considering calling Delta Dental to report this individual. Just...don't.

a month agoIf I could give 0 STARS I WOULD!! Do not go to this dentist! It’s ghetto looks like she does her practice in the back of her house it’s weird. She told me she couldn’t do my fillings because my mouth isn’t wide enough. Lmao aren’t you a dentist?. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

5 months agoHorrible experience, unprofessional, rude and did not like that being asked questions. I was kicked out of her office after just being there no more than 1 min. First off, I brought my mother to help me answer any questions I had regarding my teeth or insurance. We arrived early and there was a sign on the door saying to text a number upon arrival (DO NOT KNOCK) and to wait outside. There was no chairs to wait. When she opened the door I walked in and politely said hello. She barely said anything to us. She stood in the doorway and said nothing to my mother, so I asked if she wanted to come inside. Immediately she responds “she can’t come in” so my mom asks why. Her ONLY response was “because”. My mom tried asking again hoping to get a better response and she goes “she can’t come in and can’t wait in the hallway, she needs to leave” My response was “really?” And she goes “this isn’t going to work out, find another dentist”. We were shocked at her responses. Very unhappy with how unprofessional and rude she was. DO NOT recommend anyone to this place! She was not friendly and I’m concerned why no one is able to wait in the room after seeing two waiting chairs inside. Never experienced anything like this!!
