Thank you to Dr Jennifer and her team. My son recently had his braces removed and we couldn’t be happier with his smile and our family’s experience. Dr Jennifer and her staff were always very friendly and patient. My son loved meeting her therapy dogs, Maslow & Woody! Thank you again!!

Wow! I brought my kids in for a free consultation and I'm glad I did. We had scans done and had them presented and explained to us in a clear and non-scary way. My son even says he wants to be an orthodontist when he grows up now since he had such a great time. This was a fun environment, I was able to take time to ask lots of questions, and left feeling comfortable with the plan that was proposed for both my kids.

My daughter has been coming here for 2 years now and we have always had great customer service. From Calling to talk to someone, setting up an appt to walking in the door and being greater and welcomed. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing from the moment you walk in. They make sure to explain everything so my daughter and I understand it and make sure to explain everything in an easy understanding way so even my daughter leaves there with no questions. Even if something happens in between visits, I can call and they are very helpful and understanding even over the phone!! Staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly! Always have had great service!

Everyone at lakeside orthodontics is so extremely nice and kind so I feel bad leaving this review but I am kinda disappointed with my results. I had invisalign for a little over two years but am disappointed with my results. When I went for a consultation I specifically said that it was one of my front teeth that’s was crooked and I always cut my tongue on. I had 2 more sets of trays after the original. I went in and they told me even though my tooth is still not straight it’s from the anatomy of my tooth and the there was nothing more they could do. I’m a little disappointed because I don’t think I would have gone through 2 years of trays and the cost to still have the same problem with one of my top front tooth from before. When I got my final retainer I just asked what the cost would be if something happened to it and was just told “I don’t know”. Not “I don’t know but let me see if I can find out for you”. So that was a little frustrating as things happen and I left without my questions being answered.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I started my journey Dr. Jennifer was at the top of my list. However it was big mistake that cost me thousands! Dr. Jennifer and her team put braces on my teeth, took monthly payments, yet preformed NO ADJUSTMENTS! (This went on for SEVERAL months) Because I hadn’t gotten 4 teeth pulled (multiple dentist & orthodontist told me that would’ve been a bad idea!) I told them before they ever took my money that I wasn’t comfortable with getting them pulled. Long story short I went to Veil and Wild, my bite is closed (no teeth were pulled), WAY CHEAPER (outside of all the money wasted here) and amazing service. Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
