a month agoI had upper and lower digital partials done here. Dr Cutler was my dentist...he is wonderful...very professional and knowledgeable but also very pleasant, kind, caring and down to earth. I am usually a horrible dental patient but he made me feel comfortable being there. Thank you Dr. Cutler!

a month agoThank you for your follow up. Truly the best dental experience I have ever had. The dental assistant Denise was both professional and her demeanor made the experience comfortable. Looking forward to the completion of the work necessary to my dental health. God bless us.

a week agoIf you have anxiety about dentists, or a phobia of needles, or if you are looking for quality personalized care, I do not recommend Dr. Monique Braatz. As a new patient, I had two appointments with her to place a crown. During both appointments, she was extremely rushed and heavy-handed. It was a whirlwind of pure stress for me. I did not feel like a person, but a number, despite explaining to her that I had dentalwork anxiety and a phobia of needles. During my second visit to place the permanent crown, she used numbing gel to prepare me for the needle, but she was too rushed to allow enough time for the gel to properly numb the area. As a result, I experienced a great deal of pain and anxiety from the needle. Actually, the worst ever. If I were satisfied with the results of the crown, maybe it would have all been worth it. But to top off the bad experience, I am not at all happy with the crown. The size and shape of it is all wrong. It looks nothing like the tooth it replaced. If Dr. Braatz wasn't so rushed and had bothered to put a mirror in my hand to view the crown before cementing it into place - like every other dentist I've visited has done in the past - I would have rejected it and asked for a replacement. The temporary crown looked better than the permanent one. Now, $1000 later, I'm stuck with a tooth that I hate, and it shows in my smile. It's a permanent reminder of why I dislike going to the dentist. The only positives were that the office was clean and they were on time for both appointments. Otherwise if I could give zero stars I would.
