Very clean and new....friendly, caring staff....Dr. Iona is very caring and professional....did not hurt one bit.

I recently had a deep cleaning done by Yuli. She is very thorough, careful, and compassionate. Making sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure and also followed up that evening to see how I was feeling. Everyone at the office is wonderful as well. Always smiling and welcoming.

I was not well informed of their insurance practices prior to driving an hour away from home to make it to my appointment. Had I known that they were not willing to work with the insurances I had, I would not have wasted my time. A few members of her front desk staff could have handled the situation in a better and friendlier manner, and I hope that in the future, they better inform patients of their insurance practices early on. When I later found out they would not work with my insurance, they were quick to aide me in discontinuing my services with them. Update: Doctor Fotek did call me back to discuss my rating and I have changed my ratings to reflect her efforts to avoid losing me as a customer and welcoming me back in the future, but I didn’t feel comfortable going back.

This place says they are holistic.. but all they care about is taking your money. Very unprofessional. The management/front desk is horrendous they never have any idea what is going on. And the manager is very rude. Don’t go to this scam of an establishment unless you want to be asked for your card as soon as you walk in the door and then thrown on the back burner. WATCH OUT!
