If going to the dentist is not at the top of your list this office may change your outlook. It is actually fun because the people are kind, professional, caring, do their jobs accurately and promptly and care very much about your health and funds. Give them a try. I choose Dr. Putnam. He is a good guy and a very good dentist.

My first visit to Dr Thacker at Dental Associates of Ct.. The front desk was welcoming, and the office was clean and relaxing. The pediatric Section was kid friendly… with a Star Wars theme (I took pictures of Darth Vader, and R2 D2 to share with my grandkids!) The doctor was punctual, and asked a lot of questions, and gave a thorough first exam! I was worried to be meeting this doctor for the first time, and she immediately put my worries to rest by being professional, insightful, and giving me honest feedback, and answered all of my questions and concerns.

This was my first visit to Dental Associates (2/7/23), and I was not only greatly impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the environment, but also by the professionalism, knowledge, and congeniality of the staff. They were all outstanding, and follow-ups were timely and informative. The entire operation is 'world class', and I felt totally at ease there. Highly, highly recommend! Plus, if you have children, the decor and surroundings make it less stressful and fun!

I just started going to Dental Associates of CT recently. I had a crown that fell off over the weekend and only a few dentists were open…mine wasn’t one of them. I wasn’t in the market for a new dentist at this time, but something about the way they treated me made me want to come back. I saw Dr. Brian Fusillo on that Saturday and he was so honest and understanding. I know he could’ve easily upsold me on a new crown but he didn’t. I was also very scared that the tooth holding the crown was rotted. Well, to me surprise, the doc told me not only could they save the crown, my tooth was also fine. He polished up my tooth and the crown and glued it back on. I forget what it cost, but it was basically nothing. I wish I could remember the rest of his team because they were also amazing! As I was walking out, I decided I was going to switch dentists. I knew right away this was the kind of dentist I wanted. Since then, I’ve had a cleaning and three cavities filled. To be honest, I’ve also always had a fear of the dentist. I just didn’t feel like that here. I told Dr. Fusillo my concerns and he offered me nitrous oxide to help me relax and even gave me extra lidocaine. I explained to him my fear comes from having deep roots and feeling pain during drilling. He didn’t just brush me off. He checked the X-rays and agreed with me. This was another thing I’ve never experienced before….a dentist that actually listens to you. After the extra lidocaine, I didn’t feel a thing. He even asked me as he was drilling if I felt anything. Just an amazing experience that I wanted to share with everyone in case someone can relate. I can’t say I look forward to going to the dentist but I’m not afraid anymore.

The Shelton Office is all very good at what they do and extremely nice. Dr. Giuliano is wonderful. Thanks everyone, very happy with this office.
