Country Lakes Family Dental – Dr. Matthew Artho DDS

I’ve had chipped front teeth since I was a small child and I guess I learned to ignore how bad they were. I finally decided to do something about it and decided to visit Country Lakes Family Dental. Dr. Matt, Kate and the entire staff are fantastic people. For the first time in 60 years I have been told I have a beautiful smile. Thank you so much for everything. This is not only a dentist office but people I call friends. Best dentist office ever.

I've been a patient of Dr. Matt and his staff of caring, thorough, and professional staff for almost 2 years now. I appreciate their diligent dedication at not only making sure my teeth and gums are healthy and clean but also my patient experience exceeds my expectations! Nikki is our family hygienist and is always gentle and thorough!! It's hard to find a good dentist, with good hygienist, in a clean facility, with affordable options and pricing all in one office! I initially went to get an emergency extraction done, which they accommodated very well. Around the same time, I had previous veneer and implant work fail (different dentist, over 12 years old). There was an initial mixup in treatment for this, but the 5 star rating is solely based on their response to this situation. I had a deadline when I needed my smile to be whole again, and Doctor Matt and the crew worked with me to make it happen. I will be returning for all of my future dental needs.

The office manager Hannah is not intelligent at all! Hannah’s teeth are brown and her breath stinks like vomit! How does she work at a dental office?!

I came here for a filling, and had a pretty awful experience. Everyone was perfectly friendly, but the filling was not attached well, so I had a lot of pain afterward. I came back again and Artho looked at it and said it looked be fine but to come back if it kept hurting, which it did. I came back again, and Smits redid the filling, but it was still not properly attached and continue to hurt. I went to another dentist who is able to immediately identify and fix the problem completely. So I arranged childcare and wasted my afternoon three times for this office only for it to be done incorrectly on repeat. Including the new dentist visit, I had to arrange childcare and waste my afternoon four times to have something done that should’ve taken one visit. I was never given an apology and I was not refunded the money, even though I had to pay another dentist to fix their work. The office did call to collect additional money for the incorrectly done filling and I explained the situation. They did not charge me extra money, but did keep the hundreds I had already paid. I definitely do not recommend.
