Dr Cheung and his back room staff are outstanding. The facility is clean, comfortable and there is a beautiful fish tank to watch. But the front desk personnel leave a lot to be desired. They are often unwelcoming and are extremely unhelpful when it comes to billing. They are great at billing me as a patient and terrible at even attempting to bill my insurance. I’ve paid for four sets of braces in my life so far and the person in charge of billing at Dr Cheung’s office is by far the worst. We’ve tried working with her at least 5 times trying to get her to properly bill my insurance without success.

They have to improve their customer service. Front desk staff is not accomodating and not friendly. Rude. But The doctor and the assistants are very good .
