Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Caldwell was wonderful with my daughter. She made her feel at ease and the entire staff was great with kids. They answered all of my questions about teething, thumb sucking, and other common little kid teeth concerns. I was recommended by several friends and I'd recommend this practice to anyone with young kids.

We were visiting from out of town and had a pediatric dental emergency. We could not have had a better experience. The staff were all extremely professional and handled the situation quickly. Can’t recommend this practice enough!!!

I absolutely love taking my daughter here which makes me happy because she loves going! Staff is very kind and attentive! Dr. Mirna Caldwell is an absolute sweetheart! Can't wait to visit again in June!

Unprofessional, very rude and unpleasant. First they say one thing the next they say something. The owner is very arrogant. My first visit was the best but after that it was the worst. The moment the owner came in the picture it went from a 5 stars to 1 star. I rarely give bad reviews but this was towards my child. They push people out. I hope they change we as a family was not comfortable at all.

We were referred by their other office and were told they work with our insurance. When I made the appointment they asked for our insurance details among other things. I was with the receptionist on the line for at least half an hour while she was getting all the information she needed from us. I was told that she will check our insurance and if they don’t work with it they will call me prior to the appointment. At the day of the appointment we waited at the waiting room for almost a hour before they called us in. Two days after the appointment they called us and said they don’t work with our insurance and we had to pay it all. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere.
