8 months agoBoth my kids feel welcomed and cared for at this office. Great pediatric dental office in the area.

7 months agoThis place puts lots of pressure on patients to follow their treatment plan, even when we feel not ready and deem not necessary at the time. The dentist Ms. Sanchez was unprofessional in her approaching. She took up my time forcing me to agree with her plan while my kids having spent so long at the office already , and are so hungry at lunch time. Nevertheless, I didn’t complain but instead she complained of wasting her time with me and refused to put sealant on my son’s adult tooth. She should know this is a very important preventative measure for future cavity. All because I didn’t want to do what she recommended. Additionally, She didn’t offer opportunities for questions that I as a parent had; I had to keep on insisting to ask my concerned questions about my children teeth; she answered with impatience and attitude. It appears as they want to make more money on patients for this type of procedure and their actions are driven by an unethical motive. I would strongly recommend parents to avoid going here for their children’s dental need.

5 months agoNo one will answer the phone at any office. Left multiple messages for a call back to get records emailed to me for our new dentist and nothing!

6 months agoDoesn't allow for parents of children to go back with them regardless of wearing a mask. Very inappropriate for children, under the age of 13 is the legal definition, to be asked to be alone with a stranger. They allow toddlers, under age 3, to be accompanied.

2 weeks agoI absolutely do not recommend the dentist . I I thought hard for that I wanted to leave the server you are not for the last couple of weeks but I decided to because I believe the information is important for some parents. My first issue is that they expected me to bring my nine-year-old child in and then go wait in the car. Citing new risers in Covid. Listen I am a nurse I get there arises in Covid but I also understand the importance of knowing your individual patient needs as well as respecting them and their parents that advocate for them. I brought my son in for his appointment and he has been there before about a year ago and I was allowed to go back with him I explain to them his special-needs and it was understood. I called to make his appointment this time and she said the doctor wants you to come in the morning because of what your son needs. It was at that point I believed OK they understand I need to go back with him. Unfortunately that was not the case when I checked him and the woman at the desk said “OK what’s a good phone number you could be reached at “. Honestly even before Covid I never let my children go into a doctor visit without me, I’m actually quite shocked that they think this is an OK practice. Anyway when I told him I needed to go back with him there was a firm no I said well can you speak to the doctor they made me wait to talk to her and she try to tell me she needs to be cautious and think about her family with the rise in Covid cases as well as her other patients. I explain to her my sons issues againAnd they fell on deaf ears. Her attitude or maybe just her body language as well as the woman that helped me at the doors were unnecessary. So if you feel like me and you should never have to send your children back to a doctors appointment without you do not send them here. In my 17 years of being a parentEven at the height of Covid I was allowed to go back with my children at all doctor visits so this is a personal practice policy and while I respect that again as a parent if you put your children and first I would not recommend this place. Within two minutes of leaving the office I was able to call another dentist in the area and their policy is just like every other doctors office in the area one parent is allowed in with a minor
