Andrew Solano
8 months agoMy name is Andrew Solano, and I had an appointment for fillings with Dr. Jim Robison about 6 months ago. I was understood and given plenty of time to deal with my many cavities. I feel like Dr. Robison was understanding of my needs during the appointment, and was eager to help throughout the process. I have particular difficulty with pain medication numbing me properly, and this was the first time I've had a dentist that was willing to work with me in finding a medication that numbed me properly. I didn't feel a thing! He worked quickly and I was very satisfied with the experience.

5 months agoWe had been going to Dr. Mike Gade for many years. He was the most compassionate and caring dentist. He retired and we are now going to Randy Wilks. John had an emergency as his front tooth(maryland bridge) fell out the first week in December. The staff were outstanding and John was able to get in that day in the afternoon. Since John has bone cancer it is extremely important to be with a dental clinic and dentist who can help us in an emergency. Thank you very much Dr. Wilks and thank you Debbie also. With Gratitude, Val and John Klinefelter

4 weeks agoWent there today for “an emergency squeeze in” due to infected and chipped tooth causing extreme pain. I was shuffled around, embarrassed when the topic of my insurance came into play. My insurance is indeed active spoke to a representative of my insurance while I waited and it was indeed active- it was staff that couldn’t validate it on their own. My fill in doctor prescribed some redundant medication as I have 200ml stronger at home that does not counter pain. I was treated as an optiate seeker, when I had X-rays done, clear infection visible to the eye, and pictures and a pain log from the last two weeks. I felt mismanaged and I felt the sole purpose was just to get me in to gain some cash. As I was told in the end when unhappy my appointment was scheduled 1 week out.. I could go anywhere for a root canal… ok wish I knew that before I wasted my time at this office and let them inflame and irritate my tooth further just to say ‘oh we can’t help you- we have to refer you out- also we can’t help your pain. Take care!’ So beyond frustrated and insulted. I will be at urgent care tonight for hours thanks to the “service” I got today.

10 months agoI cancelled my appointment, after going here for years. It’s been over a year, and they force you to wear a mask. Unbelievably, unscientific, and unprecedented in US history. I watched an employee walk straight in without a mask, and yet I’m forced to comply with an irrational government “emergency” mandated policy. Don’t they realize they do business in placer county? Wholly disappointed in the leadership of this office to support irrational, unprecedented, and highly controversial medical science, especially considering the dental history of the AIDS crises. I will no longer be spending my money here, and I hope that if anyone reads this that they reconsider supporting this type of practice.
