Big Apple Pediatric Dentistry

We love Big Apple Pediatric Dentistry and we are so glad we chose this dentist! My son needed a lot of dental work done and Dr. Martinez was patient and explained everything along the way. My son loved the environment and felt very comfortable the whole time. They have newer technology that is easier for the kiddos too. We went to another pediatric dentist in Ahwatukee and they were very busy and seemed overbooked and it was rather distracting for my little guy having so many kids running around a dental office. Much more relaxing here at Big Apple but still a fun environment too! So glad we found this place and would highly recommend to anyone!

We love Dr. Martinez and have been going to him for almost 10 years. He’s patient, kind and knows how to handle our nervous adopted daughter and special needs son…I’m so thankful for his kindness to all of my children and always trying to meet all of their needs. We love the new office and his staff are awesome!

They take such amazing care of my daughter and myself. I am not a patient here but they always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with any care my daughter is receiving. I’ve visited about three times and every time we are greeted with lots of smiles, kindness, and compassion regardless of the time of day. They do an excellent job of working around my schedule and reminding me of my appointments for my daughter. The staff are so patient and kind when explaining procedures step by step which helps me relax a bit more. The doctors here are really empathetic and patient in their approach. I can tell they were both catering their tone to keep me calm and provide me with reassurance on some questions that I had about my 5 year old daughter’s oral health. I could tell that they were trying to help me explore the best possible options for my daughter’s surgery without having to do too much work that could cause her pain. This helped me feel comfortable bringing her here for her tooth pain and regular cleanings. Plus the staff here are extremely attentive to every need. They don’t miss a beat. The receptionist is warm and inviting which is extremely important since she’s the first person the client sees or speaks with. She’s very bubbly and kind. She loves to chit chat with my daughter which helps my daughter keep calm as well. Bottled water is provided on sight, the office is always clean and smells like someone is baking cookies. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and there’s two toilets and sinks that cater to the little ones. The oral education, tone and language was catered to helping me and my daughter both understand the importance of brushing twice a day. They invited me to call if she had any pain and when I did there was no wait or hold. They immediately sent over a script and I picked it up within an hour! Impeccable service truly! My daughter is always so happy to come here so she can read the wonderful books in the waiting area and play with the brain teaser toys that help her keep her mind off of having to sit in the dentist chair. Oh and Disney plus is always playing! Every single time! I can tell there’s a ton of thought, planning and focus put into this office and it is catered to the clients experience. I don’t feel like a customer here I feel like a client. I’m on appointment number 3 and everything has been consistent. Bravo big Apple! I am a very happy momma!

To say we had a 5 star experience is an understatement. I brought all 3 of my children today & they all left loving the dentist! The attention & little details to make each kids experience a positive one was amazing.

If you’re considering sending your kiddo(s) to this office, think no more, you’ll love it! I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable when i walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication was perfect, they told me everything I needed to know for the present and future. Also, the infant room is so adorable! Overall, I’m very impressed and so happy that I chose Big Apple Pediatric Dentistry.
