a year agoIn April I had a dental emergency and Dr. Begalla opened his door to me. As a new patient with no history of my past dental care he managed to give me back my smile. Hands down the best!

3 years agoI had an extreme toothache on the night before the 4th of July and I called to see if I could make an appointment and before I could get out details the NASTY LADY on the other end simply says you missed your last appointment and we cannot help you. Wow. In my moment of need she tells me this as I am crying from the pain and in desperate need of future relief. I imagine if the dentist knew I was treated like this he would not b happy as it is his name on sign out front. Anyhow if you are looking for someone who cares DO NOT CALL THIS DENTIST!!!

3 years agoAvoid this guy at all cost, he only cares about himself and doesn't care about his patients. Made my 89 year old grandfather wait for over an hour for his appointment and this guy WASN'T EVEN IN THE OFFICE HE WAS OUT LOOKING AT REAL ESTATE! Totally inconsiderate, avoid this guy at all cost. It's 2018 buddy, the joyride is over, you can't get away treating people like that in the era where dentists are a dime a dozen and word of mouth carries so much weight especially with online reviews.

2 years agoFirst off, few yrs back when my children were younger, he suggested giving them ASPIRIN. I said no, aspirin causes REYES SYNDROME. He said NO, its OKAY. I should've known then not to go back to him but I was desperate & no other dentists were available. So I've literally spent my whole summer in agony & (hopefully) my pain and problem was corrected but I'd like to inform the rest of those out there of my struggle. Had a painful cavity mid-June 2019. Dr. Begalla said we could do a filling. Gave me novacaine, waited 2hrs before they worked on it! By then I felt EVERYTHING, so MORE SHOTS. They then he proceeded to fill it, halfway through his assistant took over! He literally LEFT THE ROOM! I figured, well they know what they're. Evidently not. After the filling, I expected my pain to go away. Only got worse. Thought it was recovery from stretching muscles & extra shots. Went to my family dr, she believed I had a rare facial nerve problem (trigeminal neuralgia) & to go see my dentist to make sure things looked good to him. Dr. Begalla said that the tooth looked fine but he ground it down anyways! A whole month later, still pain. Went back to him again, explained how I felt pain in my jaw/throat when I swallowed, nasal pain, sensitivity to cold & a shock like sensation whenever I ate or brushed my teeth. He said NO WAY was this related to my tooth. Even tho common signs of an abscess are indeed, sensitivity to COLD, pain in tooth, along with pain in the jaw & nasal area (should indeed the infection spread) He actually told me that COLD WOULD FEEL GOOD IF IT WAS AN ABSCESS! Well I ended up needing the tooth pulled. I had a second opinion by Refresh Dental. They said that my filling was literally compressing my nerve & this could have caused permanent damage, only time will tell. They should never have filled the tooth that high. So after 4 appts for the same issue I finally have some sort of answer. Please, FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST. He is not punctual, careless, disinterested. Just wants to get thru his work day; which would be fine if he had ANY OTHER JOB ASIDE FROM DOCTOR
