Bear Creek Family Dentistry – South Arlington

I came in and within 5 minutes I was seen. Staff is super friendly. Everything was wonderful! Doctor and staff was awesome!! Recommend this office to everyone

The best and most transparent offices that I have been to. They don't treat you like you are stupid and make you overpay. Instead, they walk you through visually your own teeth, so you can see what they see as dentists and see what you need. They are not pushy at all! In particular, Selene and Erica are really wonderful and sweet and actually talk to you.

Absolutely love this location. You feel right at home the staff is always so nice and friendly. Always clean and welcoming . the doctor (nikki I believe is her name) is great and kept me informed on what’s happening. The techs are just as good as she is. Making sure I was confortable and there to answer any questions I had. I have had to finance some of my work done and it’s so fast and easy to do. I have brought my kids here since they were babies about 15 years now and never once was I disappointed and I will always come back and recommend.

Horrible experience !! Husband and I specifically scheduled an Appointment to fill in cavities. His teeth were hurting because of this. After driving an hour , They had him wait over an hour just to tell us they don’t have time to do any of it . I then canceled my appointment as there was no point of me even getting checked because they won’t have time. Dr and assistant immediately started taking to each other in front of us about adding more people for that day. And turned around and told my husband dr has no time even after I canceled mine . He pretty much has to deal with the pain. I will never come back to this place !! They need to stop over scheduling them selves like this. This is not how you do business. I have never experienced anything like this before. 👎🏼

I had gone there for an emergency crown, and the staff was not friendly at all. They staff didn't really know what they were doing. They always seemed to be chatting. The Dr. was good, she was professional. I didn't feel like the assistant cared or did their job correctly. I was always uncomfortable going there. They had loud music all the time. My husband needed an emergency wisdom tooth removal, and Bear Creek was going to "help us," and they did a horrible job! They charged him up front and then proceeded to start on the removal with music blasting in the background. Halfway into the procedure, they called me back and told me that they needed more money ( for some odd reason), so I paid it because I thought something went wrong. When they "finished" the removal, they didn't take all of the wisdom tooth out and said he was good to go. My husband and I thought we were all set. After coming home, my husband informed me that as soon as they pulled some tooth, they stopped and left. They didn't even clean him up or anything. I informed him that I was charged and he was mad because he had already paid for the procedure. We called them, and they were so unprofessional about the situation. We did not get our money back, and we will not be going back to finish the produce that they were supposed to do in 1st place.
