The team at Baltimore Orthodontic group was amazing! I was in town with a minor dental emergency and they not only were able to fit me in immediately, but also were friendly, welcoming and did an amazing job fixing my issue. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Wang made sure everything went well and was very welcoming. I am confident that this team provides consistent service and would definitely recommend them!

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Baltimore Orthodontic Group. I used to wear braces when I was young and did not follow through with wearing my retainers once I had them off (that's a warning to you, kids!). From the first time I went in it was a completely pleasant experience. Every single person on that staff is incredible - friendly, kind, attentive. Dr. Mahoney and staff always take the time to answer my million questions and have kept me informed along the way. It has been clear from the beginning that they have a genuine interest in my getting the results I want. The entire process is easy as well - booking, payments, getting reminders, etc. Who would have thought going to the orthodontist could be an enjoyable experience? :) Thanks everyone at BOG!!!

Their whole team are very welcoming understanding and easy to talk to! I was very nervous and embarrassed about my teeth so coming in for my initial appointment I was soooooo nervous ... I left feeling so comfortable and most of all EXCITED.. My journey to a beautiful smile has been so exciting.. thanks to Dr. Kyser and his assistants .. This team takes what they do very seriously and treats every patient as priority one, no exceptions. (3) The quality of work is impeccable. It’s actually life-changing. At least, it has been for me. I’ve been going here on and off since I was a teenager. I got my braces off in 2014 and got them put back on in 2019. The orthodontist that I was seeing left the office and nobody contacted me personally to let me know. I had no idea where I was in my treatment or how the transition to a new orthodontist was going to go. When you pay thousands of dollar for orthodontic treatment, you have a right to ask questions. I called to make an appointment so I can meet the new doctor and discuss my treatment plan and the receptionist was rude and acted like she had an attitude when answering my questions. The front desk receptionists used to be really nice and sweet, but this lady was rude.
