Dr. Bailey is the absolute best! After a lifelong terror of the dentist, finally I found Dr. Bailey who is an absolute perfectionist. No more fear of the dentist. Always a pain free experience.

My 12 year old son had his front teeth damaged while playing baseball. Dr. Bailey and his staff were fantastic throughout our experience. They found him an appointment right away and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. Dr. Bailey is excellent with children. He made sure my son understood the entire process and also was comfortable and relaxed while in his care. My son's teeth look fantastic you would never know they had been damaged.

Let me start off by saying, "I hate going to the dentist", I have a serious phobia of being in the dentist chair. I had my first visit with Dr. Bailey and was doubly terrified as I had never been there before and didn't know what kind of Dr. or staff I would encounter. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly as I was shown to a room where they took x-rays. Once I explained to the nurse my concerns she assured me that the Dr would take very good care of me. That was an understatement. When Dr. Bailey came in he started to talk to me and let me know exactly what kind of personal service I would be receiving and how he would make sure I was comfortable and he would do anything he could to make me feel better. I think he spoke to me for a good 40 min before he did any work on my broken tooth. For the first time ever sitting in the dentist chair I felt no pain. He communicated with me the entire time and was constantly asking if I was OK. Dr. Bailey went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and felt well taken care of. I have a follow up apt in a few weeks for a filling and for the first time ever in my life I am not having anxiety about returning to the dentist. I am so glad I found him!!

I want to thank Dr. Bailey and his staff for the extra time and effort that they were willing to put forth in order to help me obtain my remaining teeth-alignment trays when I moved from Minneapolis, MN to Cold Spring, NY and switched dentists. It's much appreciated and I'm really excited to finish straightening my teeth that last little bit and not have to wear the trays during the day anymore.

Bailey dentistry refused to provide prices (or even estimates or a range) to me before my visits and given that I’ve several procedures to be done, this was a major roadblock in making decisions. I’ve had several similar procedures done in the past with dentists in Manhattan and Boston without ever having run into the issue of not being provided information in a transparent and collaborative way. Additionally, Bailey dentistry approached all their conversations with me very much with a “I’m the dentist / doctor I know best - you’re just the patient and I don’t need to listen to your opinions, concerns, priorities, or wishes” approach to talking about treatment. We will not be using Bailey dentistry forward despite many dental needs in our family due to their lack of respect for patients and treating them as clients.
