For more than 30 years, Dr. Carmen Aulino has been providing compassionate, quality dental services to his patients in Southwest Florida. He uses the most advanced technology and the highest quality materials available to create exceptional, customized smiles. Experienced in advanced general, cosmetic and implant dentistry, Dr. Aulino’s services include all porcelain – no metal – crowns or bridges; dentures and partials; dental implants; full-mouth reconstruction and rehabilitation; all-ceramic inlays and onlays; bone grafting; and all varieties of bleaching techniques.

We offer a wide array of general and cosmetic dentistry services to promote good oral health and to enhance your smile. Because every patient is unique, Dr. Aulino meets with patients individually to address their concerns, complete a diagnostic review of their oral and dental needs, and then works with the patient to develop a treatment plan that best meets their personal needs and goals. Will it hurt?

While we provide gentle, compassionate care in a spa-like setting, some patients may benefit from ibuprofen or other options to help control mild, temporary pain that may accompany some procedures. In addition, some patients may experience anxiety associated with visits to the dentist, or may have certain medical conditions that can restrict their care and comfort during exams and procedures. That’s why Dr. Aulino offers oral conscious sedation, when appropriate, to help patients cope more comfortably with dental appointments. To plan the best treatment options for your dental needs, discuss your concerns with our team. Dr. Aulino will review your medical history and prescribe the most safe and effective medication specific for you. Be sure to discuss your current medications, any allergies or reactions to medications.

Dr. Aulino and his staff would get 10 stars if I could give them that rating. They are the most caring and professional dental office I've ever been to. The office is very relaxing and tastefully decorated. All of the equipment looks brand new and state of the art. They can quickly diagnose problems with the digital X-Ray equipment they use. I had a chipped tooth and Dr. Aulino fixed it quickly and painlessly in under 20 minutes. I returned a week later for a long overdue cleaning and the dental hygentist who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job cleaning them with minimal pain. It is so nice to have a health care professional that truly does care about his staff and patients. It really shows when you are there. Thanks Dr. Aulino and Staff 😊

Dr. Aulino is very kind and professional. He explained everything in a manner I could understand to me and made sure I was totally comfortable and without pain. His staff is very warm and inviting and professional as well making going to the dentist a far less terrifying endeavour. I hightly recommend Dr. Aulino and his staff to anyone who is in need of dental care.

Dr. Aulino is the best dentist I've ever had. He is very patient with a great chair-side manor. He is very gentile in his work and very thorough. He has the latest equipment and is knowledgeable on the new techniques. He also does not do unnecessary work endeavoring to keep your original teeth. His staff is also very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr. Aulino is a GREAT dentist. His many years of experience ,along with state of the art equipment and his excellent support staff make him the best dentist office I’ve been to in years. I just got a crown, which was done all in 1 visit. I was so excited to learn he had a Cerec machine , which mills the crown in the office. He is caring, kind and meticulous with his work. He truly cares about his patients.

I was so lucky to find Dr Aulino. What a wonderful and caring dentist. Though I was not a patient, his staff returned my calls and scheduled an appointment even though the office was closed for Christmas. Turns out I needed a crown. He has the newest technology and was able to make the crowd right there on the spot. It fit perfectly. Easy and painless.
