Artistic Dental at the biltmore

I love this place. I have been coming here since 2016. I started because it was close and then I found out that they are amazing. They treat me as if I am there first and only patient. The service is second to none. When I had some oral emergencies they have squeezed me in because they knew I was in pain. I have now moved away and I still make the trip because they are the best.

My hygienist Valerie was amazing! Been going to this office for over a decade and everyone is super helpful and the place is high tech. Highly recommend! Both doctors are knowledgeable and cordial. Helpful on the payment front as well. They worked with my bad credit and everything!

Initial new patient visit, and from the moment I walked in all of the employees I had interactions with were incredibly friendly and helpful. As someone relatively new to the area it’s always hard to find new healthcare offices, and it becomes remarkably easier to handle when you have friendly staff willing to assist in every way. Shout out to DMD John, who answered all the questions I had (even the basic ones), Sammy (hope the spelling is correct) for how nice she was and understanding of my schedule, and finally Kaitlyn for one of the best cleaning experiences I’ve ever had. I’m extremely happy with this office, and can confidently recommend to those looking for a new dentist.

This was my first dental cleaning at Artistic Dentistry. The dentist I had used for previous 17 years retired. I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the thorough care I received from Kaitlin the hygienist. My teeth and gums were carefully examined and cleaned and the dentist came in to inspect my teeth and gave me helpful suggestions on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. I received very professional dental care.

I love this place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The hygienist gave me so much information on science and the “why” behind everything they recommend. It’s the only dentist I’ve ever been to in my life that I don’t feel like they’re just trying to make money - this place I can tell they genuinely care about their patients and are going to do what’s best for you as an individual. Pretty impressed.
