11 months agoI've been a patient here for years and, am very happy with the level and quality of service and dental care they provide. I've worked with several wonderful dental professionals here through the years and often see the same people for my cleanings which allows me to build a trusting relationship with them. They remember me and the things we discussed at previous appointments - personal and dental - which makes me feel seen and appreciated. I currently see Shannon for my cleanings. She's wonderful. She's an excellent listener, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and honest with me about what I need to do to best care for my teeth. I have learned so much from her. At my last appointment for more major dental work, I worked with Tina and Dr. Hussey. Tina helped me work through my anxiety about the procedure and explained every step so there were no surprises.

a year agoMy experience was the best care and staff were so precise with all my cares. I was able to relax, my new teeth were beautiful, and everything was done quickly. All my questions were answered. I recommend everyone to visit. I have never had such high dedication from a dentist facility. I love my dentist!!

5 months agoLet me start by saying, I dislike the dentist, hygienist, or anyone at a dental office due to a horrible experience I had many years ago. I had not been to the dentist in 20+ years. I am a flosser, literally after I eat anything, I floss my teeth, so, that saved me in some respect. I have just qualified for Medicare Insurance and knew that I needed a tooth pulled. I was in excruciating pain. Terrified, I opted to go with Argyle Dental Center on Argyle Forest Blvd., the dentist, Dr. Bibb. At the time I was told by someone over the phone that they did not accept my insurance. I got a ballpark quote and decided to just pay out of pocket because they were so close to my house, literally, 1 mile. When I got to the office, I met Jennifer at the front desk, I checked in and she gave me the new patient information to be filled out and I informed her that unfortunately, I was told that your office did not accept my insurance, I was a cash pay. She asked who my insurance was with, and made a few phone calls. In about 15 minutes, she found out that they did indeed accept my insurance and I had a flex credit of $800 on my Insurance plan for Dental Work. KUDOS TO JENNIFER FOR FINDING THIS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Now, time for my exam, Dr. Bibb was so down to earth. He made me feel so at ease. He did not do ANYTHING without telling me what he was about to do, (keeps my stress levels down). We made an appointment for me to come back the next day to have the tooth pulled due to needing to get on an antibiotic incase of infection. Filled my prescription of antibiotic and pain meds. for that evening and for directly after the extraction. Very Nervous the day of, but, there was his assistant, a temp. employee by the name of Audrey who held my hand the entire time and talked to me, hummed a tune, kept rubbing my hand asking if I was ok. The entire procedure was over before I know it. I NEVER had any problems and after one pain pill right after the numbing wore off, I never needed anymore. It was absolutely a breeze, the tooth had actually crumbled and it took Dr. Bibb a little extra time to get it all out. I never felt any pain the entire time. I have since been in to get other work done, cleaning and whitening trays with Shannon and it was actually a pleasant experience (THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED AT THE DENTIST FOR ME, EVER). The entire Staff, Jennifer, Christine, Amanda, Shannon, Monica, Aaron, Dr. Bibb, and all those that I had contact with were 100% focused on my experience at my visit. They greet you when you walk in the door and the smiles on their faces say it all. If you are looking for a dentist, having any problems or just need a cleaning, I strongly advise you check Argyle Dental Center out...I'll NEVER go anywhere else. THANKS YA'LL!!!

a year agoI had a great experience today with Hailey who was my hygienist. I get anxious at the dentist and she never made me feel uncomfortable and tried her best to keep me calm. She was very friendly and did a great job on my teeth. The 4 star rating isn't about her, she gets 5 stars. I had to wait for a month for the corporate office to input my insurance and had to continually call to follow up. The front office staff are great and we're nice every time I called in irritated.

a week agoYesterday I got a call to be here at 9:00 am Dr Bibb is good dentist however the manager Jackie and front office team including Jenifer don’t have good customer service they charge a 10 dollars fee the will not waive depending who they are dealing first Jennifer stated to pay all of the balance to being seen my appointment was at nine then to say it was 930 it’s 10 o’clock I’m ready to pay the full balance. The manager didn’t wanna leave it I guess they just didn’t want to be nice and they look at each other with smiling face, because I complain with the way I was spoken with stating we could reschedule if you don’t have the funds paid first before any work that’s not right it is my first time in a dentist place that has a pay first to be worked as an appropriate and in top of that I am still waiting for the dentist and that’s why people do not pay before a work not being done just the way people get treated Dr Bibb is a good dentist but some of the people from office or not people friendly willing to work with a patient. There’s older lady here who is really nice very understanding I give her 100% that other people are just double face mean not a good environment to feel , I hope things change in this office and they’re more kind and respectful to the patient
