a year agoMy experience with Arch Orthodontist was great! I have had my braces for 3yrs. And Every time I'd come in the staff was very welcoming. And Dr. Hong is the best💯 If anyone is looking to get braces, this is the place to go. Costumer service is the best!

8 months agoI've been a patient of Dr. Sue Hong for several years. Her and her team are amazing. They're sweet, respectful and transparent. In spite of my own ineptitude, Dr. Hong is always willing to communicate, elaborating on her services regardless of how busy her office gets. My confidence has boosted immensely from the services she's provided. I can tell that she truly values each of her patients, providing a personalized experience for all.
