The staff are super friendly and helpful. My daughter always feels welcomed and comfortable in the office and Dr. Hong is wonderful with her. This is a terrific place for kids of all ages!

Dr.Hong and her entire team are amazing. So it makes sense that this is her second office! She takes the time to get to know everything about her patients and really cares about what you need/want. I would recommend her to anyone getting braces or other work done.

Do not call these people. They are insane. The girl who answers the phone told me because I'm not en existing paying (I recently moved from out of state) that it would be $300 for a retainer that is normally $100-140. Then she pretty much sold out the doctor by saying that she's worked other places that don't charge that much, but that's what this doctor sets the price at so she's not going to question her. I was just trying to ask a few questions about the price structure to make sure I fully understood my options, and she starts going on about how your family once you pay the $300. She seems like she has a few screws loose and after that phone call I would not trust these people even with just a mold of my teeth.
