Didn't actually get to see the dentist, but I would absolutely recommend based on the attitude of the receptionist here! I didn't realised Dr. Mayes office doesn't accept Tricare (and to be honest, I'm not really sure how to use Tricare - husband is deployed and can't explain it to me), but the receptionist still listened intently and was clearly very concerned for me. She offered me water and gave me a recommendation of where to go. She definitely went above and beyond for someone she knew wasn't even going to be a patient. I'm 3,000 miles away from home, so her concern helped ease a stressful situation for me and I'm beyond grateful for her help.

Great service all around! From the kind and helpful staff to Dr. Mayes herself! Always leaving this place with a bright smile!

Im not a patient of Dr mayes But I wish I was from the encounter I had with her receptionist Jade I called with a bunch of questions and she was more then helpful I felt like I could hear her smile through the phone she helped answer all my questions and was able to direct me to a office that takes my insurance

Dr Mayes and her staff are all fantastic. Going to the dentist feels like seeing friends every six months. Everyone is happy to see you and gentle in their work. They also go above and beyond with kids, helping them look forward to their visits. I would recommend Dr Mayes’ office to anyone looking for a dentist in Kitsap!

A CROWNING EXPERIENCE I just left the office of Dr Amanda Mayes and I had the most amazing dental experience. I’m 73 years old and have seen many many dentists throughout my life, but I’ve never been able to say that it was about as stressful as going to the eye Dr. (I had a tooth crowned) The smiling receptionist, the upbeat assistants and the decor in the office gives a great welcoming. Dr Mayes and her staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment. They exceeded my expectations!
