a month agoI’m about halfway through my orthodontic journey and everyone at Albany Braces (Albany branch) has made the process as smooth and pleasant as it could possibly be. The doctors and assistants are all very nice and take the time to answer my questions and make sure we’re all working toward the same goal. They’re very conscious of my comfort while I’m “in the chair” and the receptionists are as flexible as possible when scheduling appointments and figuring out what needs to be done when an issue arises between appointments. It’s a busy office, but I’ve never had trouble getting a timely appointment when something needed to be fixed. Overall, I definitely recommend Albany Braces.

a month agoWe have yet to encounter any issues with this group! The staff is friendly and helpful, the providers are wonderful! They are SO nice to kids and make them feel at ease, especially when facing scary orthodontic interventions. Highly recommend!

2 months agoFantastic service, the replacement of my old retainer was very quick and then another replacement of my of the bottom retainer was just as quick. My bottom impression got damaged and then I got an appointment for my replacement in less than 3 days. They are super courteous, I’m very happy with the services I have received. I believe I worked with Shannon to get an appointment and I’m very happy how quickly and personable she was. 10/10 would recommend.

4 weeks agoAlbany braces has been amazing for my 9 year old who is going through the expander/braces process. Any time we need a quick appointment they are able to accommodate. Everyone is friendly and that makes the whole process even BETTER! Highly recommend!

a week agoMy son Nathaniel has been receiving orthodontic care with Albany Braces for several years due to a craniofacial deformity. The staff are always pleasant, courteous, kind and supportive. Appointments are timely and we travel over an hour to the office. Everything is explained in detail. Our experience has been wonderful and I highly recommend Albany Braces to anyone in need of orthodontic care.
