Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates (OMSA) was initially founded in 1953 by Dr. F. Allen Ledward in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Drs. Franklin Grunske and Ronald Ward subsequently joined the practice as full partners. OMSA was established to provide a very high caliber of oral surgery and post-operative treatment protocols.

The practice has continued to grow in order to meet patient expectations. OMSA now includes seven oral surgeons with five offices serving patients in the Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Johnson Creek, Mukwonago, and Slinger areas.
